1. Time Zone:

3. UTC:

Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) is a form of atomic time that includes leap seconds to keep it within 0.9 seconds of GMT. UTC is considered interchangeable with GMT, but GMT is no longer precisely defined by the scientific community.
